Support and Consulting

From difficult networking and email-related problems to computer forensics to extracting data from unusual file systems to business IT strategy recommendations, we at Egressive have solved many difficult problems for scores of businesses and organisations. If you have a computing problem, particularly Linux or UNIX-related that no one else seems able to handle, contact us. We enjoy the challenge.

If you have questions on open source software licenses, the use of open source software, adhering to open standards for your software or web sites, or even making your own software open source, we can help - have a look at our advocacy page.

Supported Linux Systems

Informal Linux Support

Egressive focuses on commercial support for businesses. We are, however, very interested in working with the very energetic, constructive, and competent local Linux user community. If you are a private individual seeking support for your Linux system, we recommend that you contact your nearest Linux Users Group (aka LUG). In New Zealand, have a look for your local NZ Linux User Group site. Our neighbourhood LUG is the very active Canterbury LUG.
