Yes, when you add them to the site you need to make sure they are not in the staff list role. This will have a name like "egressive staff". Only users in this role will be displayed on the staff list page.

To find what the name of the role is use the menu to navigate to the "Administer > Site Configuration > Role Contact" page.

You can fix it by quickly and easily by adding Egressive's "Root Certificate Authority (CA)" to the list of verified CAs on your computer. Do this by

On MS Windows

  1. Open Microsoft Internet Explorer to this page and click here: http://egressive.com/system/files/EgressiveRootCA-cacert.crt
  2. Press the “View Certificate” button
  3. Press the “Install Certificate...” Button
  4. Select “Next”
  5. Select radio button “Place all certificates in the following store”, and then select “Browse...” button.
  6. Select the folder “Trusted Root Certification Authorities”, and then press “OK” button.
  7. Select “Next”
  8. Press the “Finish” Button
  9. Select the “Yes” button:
  10. Press the “OK” Button
  11. Press the “OK” Button again:
  12. Press the “Yes” button, and then close Internet Explorer

On Mac OS X

You need to get the application in question to accept Egressive's "RootCA" certificate. In some cases, you can simply add the Egressive RootCA to your system's keychain. To do that:

  1. open your web browser (e.g. Firefox or Safari) and save the Egressive RootCA certificate to your desktop - click here: http://egressive.com/system/files/EgressiveRootCA-cacert.crt
  2. double click on the resulting file which should bring up your keychain application.
  3. Select the Egressive RootCA and tick the "Always trust this certificate".

Henceforth, your email clients should accept the Egressive certificate. If not, let us know.
