Egressive is pleased to present our secure virtual office network service which we call “Open Anywhere Office”. It offers geographically separate computer users in a business or organsation secure access to level of capability you'd expect from an office file server – including email and other collaboration capabilities as well as secure peer-to-peer access to each other's computers – without the office. You can reach it from anywhere you can access the internet.
Open Anywhere Office offers these benefits:

• secure access from any internet connection - stay securely connected to your office files and your colleagues from your workstation or laptop via a virtual private network (VPN)
• shared file space – securely share important business files on managed high-speed servers that are protected with daily backups
• individual user file spaces – place for securely storing personal files as well, also backed up
• spam and virus filtering - email is filtered for spam and viruses before it gets to you
• send mail from anywhere - send mail securely with your normal email client (e.g. Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird) from anywhere without having to reconfigure your settings
• secure webmail – read your email securely from any web browser
• shared email folders - maintain shared email folders for important project and customer email
• shared printing - share your printer with your colleagues through the VPN – like faxing but with no call charges
• website hosting - host your company or organisation website.
• no license fees - all Open Anywhere Office capabilities are provided with free and open source software with no per-seat licensing costs.

The Open Anywhere Office standard package includes:

• Server acts as a Microsoft Windows primary domain controller for file serving and authentication.
• Up to 5 user accounts and passwords for accessing the file server¹.
• Up to 5 workstations on the secure office virtual private network².
• Workstations connect via secure OpenVPN clients to server and other workstations.
• Comprehensive email capabilities, with spam and virus filtering, vacation messages, forwarding to or from external email addresses, secure email download and on-server folders via IMAP and POP protocols.
• Up to 10 email mailboxes, each with unlimited email aliases³.
• Default package includes up to 20GB of server disk space for email, file and other data storage⁴.
• Default package allows up to 40GB per month of data transfers⁵.

Open Anywhere Office servers hosted in secure Christchurch facility with diesel backup power generators and enterprise grade, high-speed broadband bandwidth from multiple (redundant) suppliers.
